Hi Evgeniy, I found out if you want to change the assets associated with the Campaign you can call AdService to change the assets on the Creative that is enabled instead of AdGroupAdService.
Regarding samples for a 'get' call in Python library you can reach out to their issue tracker. With that being said, you can modify get_responsive_search_ads.py, most of the fields can be accessed in the underlying ad_group_ad report.
