Uploading images for SmartCampaignAds is currently not supported in the Google Ads API. So that I can create a feature request, could you first confirm whether it is already possible to upload images to smart campaign ads via the Google Ads UI? If yes, could you share the complete Google Ads UI screenshot displaying that this feature is indeed available for the smart campaign ad? Should the screenshot contain your user / account information, you may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
