Hello, Yes, we are still investigating. What we've found is that the issue ultimately shouldn't be that we support larger timeouts, but rather that this query is not as fast as it should be, so that's our current line of investigation. We're looking into what is making the query so slow and ways to improve its speed so that you should be able to get the full results within the timeout limit.
