Hello! I am confused with Google Ads API usage. Can it be used to create/manage ads campaigns on behalf of other google ads account. Assume they auth using oauth2 scheme. So far I was able to read information from other accounts, but never write (create campaign, budget, etc). E.g. campaign creation fails with "The operation is not allowed for the given context.". So, is it even possible?
