Hello, Thanks for reaching out. For the upcoming change in January, the only difference is that only 20 user identifiers may be specified per UserData object. This is to emphasize that data representing different users are not grouped together in a single UserData object. The same amount of data can be transmitted for each request, but you must break up your OfflineUserDataJobOperations so that each UserData set represents a single user. This should resolve the error.
