Hi Filip, Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API support. We don't have documentation on what happens when many in market and affinity audiences are targeted in an ad group if the customer has to be in all of the criterion or not. You can reach out to product support for assistance as the API can only be a conduit for the product.
