Hi Giuseppe, Unfortunately for you, The Ads API can only pull metrics reports on production accounts and not on MCC accounts with the included sub accounts. We recommend you use one of our client libraries to automate the report pulls, we have a Get Account Hierarchy sample application for all our client libraries to harvest account the hierarchy of accounts and this can be used by our sample Parallel Report Download in some client libraries that can be modified easily to pull any report from many accounts. If you can automate REST it may also work.
Could you tell us how you are managing with just REST when you have so many accounts in the hierarchy? Could you tell us also in business terms how this lack of cross account reporting is affecting you?
