Please provide its complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end Provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end for unblocking the 2 IP addresses Provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end for blocking the new 2 IP addresses You can provide the requested details via Reply privately to author option. Also, could you try to wait for some time after the API requests have been executed for unblocking the 2 IP addresses to give it time to be registered in the backend?
