Thank you for posting your concern.

You may check on your end if you encounter one of the reasons specified on this 
document why your refresh token is expiring. If upon checking you determine 
that you did not encounter the possible reasons said in the document, then I 
would suggest to reach out to the Oauth2 team via this link. I routed you to 
their team because they are more equipped to check the issues and concerns 
related to the refresh token.
