I'm afraid that it would not be possible for ads or entities belonging to test accounts to serve and generate statistics. Also, the uploading offline click or call conversions can not be tested on the test accounts as the test accounts do not serve ads. That said, you could only use the production account to pull the performance data(clicks, impressions, conversions) using reports. Let me know if you have additional questions.
