Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out. In the AdWords API, the conversionName field refers to 
the name of the conversion tracker. In the Google Ads API, the conversionAction 
field, which represents the resource name of the conversion action, is 
analogous and should be included in the CallConversion object. The name of the 
associated conversion tracker can be found with conversion_action.name.
