As far as I'm aware I can only attach assets to ads, not ad groups or campaigns. Correct me if I'm wrong...I'm just not seeing how to do that in the API.
Ultimately I think my question is: How can I query assets approval status and performance that are attached to ads? This is for responsive display ads so the ad_group_ad_asset_view won't work.
