Hi Andrey, Please note that the AdWords API is deprecated and will be sunset on April 27, 2022. We strongly recommend that you migrate to the Google Ads API as soon as possible.
Here's our Revised Schedule for the Auto-migration of Feeds, it appears that your extensions have been migrated to asset based extensions and AdWords has no support for asset based extensions. Accounts that have been migrated will reject mutate calls for feed-based entities. Here's a guide in Ads API to extensions and migration. Feel free to reach out to us.
