To have further investigation into observed behavior, could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id generated when getName() did not returns google play or apple, so our team can better check? Also, could you please provide us the complete logs when you said some other ID is generated for each AdGroupCriterion of type MobileAppCategory, but did not get the criterion Id of Medical? If you’re using a client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
