Thank you for reaching out to our API support team. In order for lists to 
populate, if you are using customer match then a list may appear to be smaller 
than expected when viewed in the Audience Manager in the Google Ads UI. This 
view shows the number of active users in the list. A user is considered active 
if they have recently logged into their Google account. For more information on 
active users, see this discussion on how to troubleshoot low traffic with

Usually it takes 6 to 12 hours for a list to be populated with members, so 
you'll most likely see an "In Progress" status (on the Google Ads UI) if you 
upload to an audience list more frequently than once every 12 hours. Please

If you encounter errors we can check for correct API communication. We would 
then need  a request and response log of API communication that returns the 
error.  The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our 
REST documentation. Our client libraries have loggers with logging 
instructions, to see these instructions you can click on the client library you 
use in the sidebar of our client library guide and click on "Logging". Setting 
the log level to 'DEBUG' will get the desired log. For REST using curl, adding 
the '-i' parameter to curl would generate the log. Feel free to write back with
