Hi Pascal, AdWords Shared Sets guide has a note that states that negative placement shared sets for manager accounts are not supported in the AdWords API or the Google Ads UI. The new UI can share MCC placement exclusions lists at account level only. Could you privately send us a full screen screenshot where the UI shows MCC shared placements sets applied to accounts at account level? We only have CampaignSharedSet.
