With regard to your concern, I would suggest using the AdService on updating 
the ads details as mentioned on this document. If the error persists with the 
provided suggestion, could you also provide the complete request and response 
logs with request ID and request header that generated on your end? This 
information will help our team to investigate this further. You can send it via 
Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then 
send it instead on this email address [email protected] alias 
instead.

However, if you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client 
libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you 
can access from this link.
