With regards to your concern, please see this page for more details on complete requirements for setup and configuration steps before you can use enhanced conversions in the Google Ads API. I can see that you’ve encountered error ConversionUploadError due to no click was found for the given user identifiers that could be applied to the specified conversion action. This is because enhanced conversions cannot be used in test accounts -- they can only be used in production accounts. Let us know if you have any further questions.
