Hello, I'm trying to get a list of new/changed campaigns and adgroups on a daily basis in order to maintain our internal database. I'm querying Change Status and it all works fine unless there are more than 10000 records per day. It's mandatory to include a LIMIT clause when querying Change Status and this limit should be no more than 10000. What would be the suggested approach to fetch all the records using Change Status.
