Hi Arshdeep,

Google Ads API worked little different then Adwords API.
Resource was not found, issue comes when making mutate request on resource 
which are not ENABLED.
You should check the status for resource before performing Mutate 
Operation. If the status is “REMOVED”, you need to “ENABLED” it.
