Hi Robert, Thanks for reaching out. The Ads API does not support an update BillingSetupOperation. As you may have seen in the documentation, a billing setup cannot be removed unless it is in a pending state or its scheduled start time is in the future. Please allow me to make an internal feature request on your behalf. New features will be announced in the release notes.
