Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

As per this OAuth 2.0 guide, kindly note that the redirect_uri value must 
exactly match one of the authorized redirect URIs for the OAuth 2.0 client, 
which you configured in your client's API Console Credentials page. If this 
value doesn't match an authorized URI, you will get a redirect_uri_mismatch 
error.

You may check this section of above guide for the table which shows the 
appropriate redirect_uri parameter value for each method. That said, you may 
use the appropriate redirect_uri in order to resolve the redirect_uri_mismatch 
error.
