Hi Ramakumar, Each UserData which maps to one user can have many UserIdentifiers with each UserIdentifier having only one identifier. For example, if you have an email address, a physical address and a phone number for each of your 1,000 users, then you will have 1,000 UserData each one having 3 separate new UserIdentifiers with each one of the UserIdentifiers being a specific type of identifier. If one of the users has another phone number then that user's UserData will have an extra new UserIdentifier being a hashed_phone_number identifier.
If the above doesn't help, could you send us a 'DEBUG' log level request and response log of raw API communications of your upload? The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our REST documentation with additional headers and information such as request Id.
