Which is necessarily a flawed measure -- because creative works succeed or
fail as they do so with each of us personally.

But still -- sometimes things must be measured impersonally -- as when, for
example, the committee for selecting some new public monument meets to
discuss/debate their options.


(and BTW, Cheerskep, can you give us an example of one of those well-measured
stiffs ?)
