The limit on lines was to control the otherwise uncontrollable habit of   
copying everything that has been sent previously,which should be unnecessary, 
assuming that listers are paying attention to th discussion. Neither 
Frances nor William are generally guilty of this and I am sorry that Frances 
has 
run into the limit.   However, the limit   is nearly ten thousand words.
