This is right on point, Michael. In fact I did not think that by "the way 
we express time" you meant terms -- like the terms 'one hour', 'a millenium'. 
I honestly thought you had in mind "convey the feeling of time passing", 
the way, say, in the old movies, to convey days or years passing, they had a 
calendar with one page after another blowing away in the wind.
