How can art and culture have autonomy?  How can they be autonomous with respect 
to each other and with respect to people?  Again and again, these articles you 
choose simply exploit unreflective views and thinking.  They are examples of 
the 
red herring because they usually lack any logical connections among the terms 
used or for the conclusions offered.

I just detest this sort of lightweight journalism you quote for us without ever 
once examining it yourself.
