If there's an audible snap in your mind when no noise occurs, it's a snap in your brain which is probably not a good thing. It could be a stroke. As for the rest about the play, ho-hum. Artworks are objects that we set up by various means to be regarded as art. They have no innate meaning. The art is in our ways of regarding them, how we speak about them and this speaking enables us to explore the whole range of our experiential thinking, unless we become bored by the process of experiencing as if objectified art. People become bored in that way quite easily whenever the their formulas for experiencing are challenged. wc
