Saul, where do you get such ideas about CEOs and capitalists?  I became a CEO
in the late 20th century, and I took my primary job not to be to sustain but
to GROW, and do it in a hurry.

Even a term like "market share" is ambiguous baloney. To me, the most
ingenious entrepreneurs are the one who find new markets, increase the number
of people who buy not just the product of a given company but of a given
industry.

As for the Lenin quote, he would employ any lie he could think of because he
had to move his followers to murder. Not easy, that. He's flat wrong to imply
that no capitalist is capable of self-sacrifice. It makes me glum to think
there are people who believe universal statements like that.
