You may remember a fruitless attempt to discuss marks and their
nature some time ago-what I would like to know now from those who take
up neuroscience as a way of explaining aesthetics-is there any new
literature on the effect on marks of the mark maker's health and
emotional state? And yes, I have read Pignocchi, A. How the intentions
of the draftsman shape perception of a drawing.
Consciousness and Cognition (2010), doi:10.1016/j.concog.2010.04.00 and
I want more. Are there even any passing thoughts?
