the research group What is it to be human?B Keynote speaker: Jesse
Prinz, CUNY, New YorkB The conference investigates the current
philosophical discussions about the various connections between art and
morality. Topics may include, but not limited to:- Immoral content and
artistic value- Moral learning and appreciating artworks- Mass art and
morality- Historical / cultural context, moral content, and
interpretation- Emotions and aesthetic judgmentB Electronic submissions
of long abstracts (800-1200 words) or papers (2500-3000 words,
including notes, references, and a short abstract of 150-200 words)
should be in Word or PDF. Please prepare your submission for blind
review, and send it as an attachment [email protected].
Include in the body of the e-mail your name, paper title, institutional
affiliation, and contact information.Reading time for presented papers
is 30 minutes.
Submission deadline: April 5, 2014

Conference participants will receive a dinner during the conference.
The best postgraduate paper will also be awarded a B250 prize for
conference costs (travel, accommodation). If you wish to be considered
for the best postgraduate paper prize, please indicate this in the body

the best postgraduate paper prize).
