I can tell you what I did for my house/detached garage.  I did flexible
conduit through the attic and then solid conduit with LB outside/buried.  I
used Ubiquiti's preterminated cable.  Not a big fan of the strands being
totally open but I guess they're expecting me to have fiber demarc boxes.

I've got a bunch of pictures and I can video call you if you want to see
how I did it.
