since he wants to amend the 1934 Telecommunications Act to have a new Title VIII section this might be a better way to accomplish what everyone wants and expects out of NN with out all the regulatory bull crap that the FCC Title II order involved. only time will tell i guess, it could also just be political grand standing so republicans do have to defend being against NN during this election season. -Sean
