OK, so I know the title doesn't give you much. I evidently have forgotten
what little I thought I knew about tik, VLANS, and maybe everything.
I am trying to setup a couple of e410's for the new office. I want to have
standard WiFi employee access on a bridged network so laptops can access
servers and the internet and printers and such. No problem, that works with
an SSID and passphrase.

The trouble comes when trying to add a second open guest WLAN for internet
only access. I want it separated from the employee internal wifi so someone
can't just pop on and screw me but I don't want to hassle with giving
people passphrases all the time. So I thought I would add an open WLAN to
the e410 with VLAN 10. I am not sure but I don't think that is where my
issue is. I think my issue is on the MT side. I have gone through a bunch
of MT wiki's and such to no avail. I would post configs but I don't see the
point as nothing has worked and I think I just need to start over.

So the requirements are:

   1. Mikrotik
   2. e410 with two WLAN's. One secured for employee access, one open for
guest internet only access. The two WLAN's should not be able to talk to
each other. The open WLAN should not be able to talk to the internal LAN.

Does anyone know of a whitepaper or some such that has a step by step for
this kind of setup? At this time, I am questioning the existence of the
universe. Maybe I am in some kind of simulation in which all possible
action always ends up at the same point.
