Yup.  And there are any number of cable or conduit hangers you could attach to the beam clamps. The beam clamp has a threaded hole perpendicular to the set screw. Clamp the set screw on a cross brace that you can reach from the climbing leg.  Screw a 1-hole conduit hanger into the beam clamp. Clamp an EMT conduit up the tower using conduit hangers.
