I appreciate the info below. We hear this from lots of folks these days. That is why my CAT6 is selling so well. I found these points from Cambium support (forums) and their surge protection recommendations based on their popular 600SS and their newer model. This raised my curiosity about the -HV version and the new CAT6 versions. Hi, C000000L033A is good only for the GPS APs (ePMP 1000 and 2000) as these radios can take up to 56V. For all other ePMPs which are 30V devices, 600SSH is the only option. We understand that it does not allow GigE (for radios like Force 180 and 200). We're looking into a solution for this. Here's some more info on power supply and surge supressor compatibilities. No, for 24-30 VDC devices, it's recommended that you stick with the 600SSH. For 48-56 VDC devices (i.e. the PMP 450i), you need to use the C000000L033A (the Gigabit SS). Using the Gigabit SS with 30 VDC devices will not adequately protect the device. http://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t5/Other-PMP-Solutions/Is-posible-to-use-the-gigabit-surge-supresor-like-replacement/m-p/56060 What are your thoughts on these two comments? There are persons who highly recommend your products in that same thread. Maybe these post may also be helpful for your research and assisting others. I don't see the AFMUG lists online anymore. But if you join the Cambium forum, which is not too chatty on a lot of non-Cambium stuff or unrelated things to a solution. Lincoln P.S.
