We have looked at it 6 ways from Sunday and as a guy who used to do this years 
ago, it's just not worth it.  You can charge for the antenna installation for 
example, but there is no ongoing revenue stream unless you bundle it with some 
type of IPTV.  Even then, the revenue is like $4 per month, more or less.  You 
can't put the antenna on the same pole as the CPE or you need 
filtering/separation.  I've seen Ubiquiti radios hose up TV if they are too 
close for example.  Bottom line, if you can get $250 per installation and you 
keep your equipment costs down to less than $100, it might be worth it if your 
techs have extra time on their hand or you need filler work for them.

Who on the list installs OTA antennas for customers that have a desire to cut 
the cord ?  Is there any potential for a added revenue stream by offering 
anything like a maintenance agreement or OTA DVR or anything of the sort.  It 
really doesn't seem like anything that could require much maintenance.  Just 
wondering if I'm missing a possibility of some revenue that I hadn't considered 
much before.
