It's not hard to set up if you have a smtp daemon/MX that has a lot of good reference material out there about it (postfix, qmail, sendmail, etc).
Be sure that all of your SPF and DKIM is set up perfectly and that you're actually DKIM-signing your outgoing traffic first.
