You may both be right. There's more than one company under the umbrella
of "AT&T".
AT&T is not a LEC in this area, but I can get DIA from them all the same.

😂 we have 3 carriers in our NOC at&t being the newest, and in 5 years
I haven't had a single outage, planned or otherwise. Between Comcast
and level 3 over the same period I've had probably 20-40 outages most
planned but probably 5+ were not.
What issues have you had with att?
