No issues if it is an isolated DC-DC.

This is my first foray into -48v.

It looks like the Meanwell RSD-200C-48 is what I need. Input is 33-63vdc. So
on the Input side, the -48 will go to the Negative terminal, and the ground
will go to Positive. Then on the Output side I just wire it normal? We are
not responsible for the radio mount location, so I don't know if they are tying
the Ground back to their cabinet or not. Will there be other issues with the
equipment grounds on the tower after it goes through the DC-DC Power supply?

As far as I know, the EdgePoint will smoke if you power it with -48VDC.
You'll need a DC-DC converter in between your -48VDC plant and the EdgePoint.
I would recommend Meanwell RSD.

I know that +/-48 is oft discussed, but I still can't quite keep track
of the caveats with different equipment. I need to put an Edgepoint S16
at a Telco cabinet, and they will supply me power off of their -48v
plant. Do I need to do anything special since the Edgepoint does auto
polarity on the DC Input? I'm guessing that since it's auto polarity,
the case and ground are isolated from the input lines.
