Yes actually they ran a test recently and broadcast at 80M on the WSPR channel. One of the lead engineers there is on Twitter and I talked with him back and forth a few times. He did some amateur radio tests and announced them all ahead of time. Considering its the most secretive base with a lot of conspiracy behind it they decide to open up a little and show us how they operate. He was pushing for it and they decided maybe its time to let people know what they are doing.
They told us when so we could listen in and see if we could pick them up and how the phased array could point in different directions. Most of their tests were at the zenith so they didn't bounce off the ionosphere and propagate very well but near the end of the testing they threw us a bone and pointed it in different directions on a few different bands it wasn't designed for.
