You can also use a newer Polarity-Agnostic PacketFlux Single Port Gigabit Injector, just connect the return to both the 'shld' and 'return' connections on the front and -48VDC to the Vin. You'll also need switch the internal jumpers to all 4 pairs to +Vin.
