Codale, Graybar lots of folks stock handholes. Oldcastle etc. Or are you wanting lighter weight? Traffic rated? Irrigation valve boxes work pretty well for smaller things. One of the vendors makes an in ground hand hole with a round plastic pedestal coming out of the lid.
