You can spend all your time building towers and putting up AP's and back hauls, but without good local data to tell you where your bottlenecks are, you aren't going to be able to sell good reliable bandwidth. Hosting a SNMP server and anything else locally is the only way to go and is what we have done for a long time. I will look into LibreNMS.
