I assume that’s part of why Nate’s asking, to determine what action if any to 
take against customer, who probably considers himself a victim or doesn’t 
understand what his kid did, or the collateral damage.

 

I’ve had mixed results giving customers multiple strikes before disconnecting 
them.  Usually they get the message and there never is a second strike.  But if 
they do go to a strike 2, it seems they won’t clean up their act until you fire 
them, and then they start crying and pleading.

 

So in a way, anything more than 1 strike seems too lenient.
