My wife's queso is so good, friends and relatives actually pay her to make
it for them....it's cheese, milk, tomato and jalapeno.  The secret is in
the cooking and knowing how to choose jalapenos...
It's hot ...I mean hot...and it is not brown in color... I personally don't
like Chili's or Applebee's so I can't give opinion on their version.
