Dragonwave spent a lot of money developing new products, and on marketing, expecting that they would get a major win with one of the big 4 american cellular carriers. Apparently that customer went elsewhere and bought a huge amount of competitors' carrier class radios instead (NEC, Ericsson, Nokia).
