It's Gliffy. I think I paid $10 to get it as a plugin for Confluence.
And yeah, it makes decent diagrams quickly. I wish it had more
equipment symbols, but it's workable.

I presume it is a Google product. Works with Google drive. Free,
great library of almost anything you can imagine. No need for Visio
Hopefully the next time I forget how I made the drawing I can find
this email.
