Around here the Polish grandmas get together at the Orthodox church to make pierogies for sale.  I hear they're really good.  I may have had a Pączki at one time, but I probably mistook it for a donut.

Interestingly, Polish/polish is the only English word where capitalization changes the definition.  Don't try to polish your Polish; they can do it themselves.
