At this point I assume yes. I haven't tried dropping radius but I don't see why not. Auth would have to be different though since with radius each customer's SM has unique authentication and authorization.
Where do the values for the variables in the config actually come from (CUSTNAME, etc)?
In my case I have an online account control center where customers can look at graphs, see port status, pay bills, etc. All the customer specific stuff in there is passed through a template file with the vars to make a given SM MAC config file.
